User Experience Design/ Lead Strategist

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in a UX strategist or related role. a^€¢ Proven experience solving complex problems and designing world-class experiences for large-scale enterprise programs.

Extensive understanding of overall UX process and software development methodologies, including Agile.

A high degree of creativity, empathy, passion, and problem-solving ability.

Proficiency with tools like Mural, Axure, Sketch, InVision, and alike.

Vigor and passion about understanding the target audience

Desired Skills

Bachelors, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience, or a design-related field, or equivalent education and related training / certification.

Experience planning, facilitating and participating in design/strategy mapping workshops.

Financial or similar enterprise experience.
