Pay: $55-72/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Location: Conshohocken, PA 19428

Overview

The Operational SAP Support Leader will design and lead an SAP Operational Support team for the U.S. market, ensuring that the Procurement Specialists are well-trained and capable of acting as super users in SAP Ariba, S4, and VIM. This role will focus on driving compliance and performance improvements through proactive business analysis, training, and cross-functional collaboration to support the long-term profitability of IKEA s U.S. operations.

Job Description

Design and implement an SAP Operational Support team for U.S. operations.

Lead the SAP Support team, applying IKEA leadership capabilities, values, and up-to-date leadership methodologies.

Ensure that the Operational Procurement Specialists are trained and competent as SAP Ariba, S4, and VIM super users, staying aligned with global best practices.

Conduct business opportunity analysis and risk assessments from a procurement perspective, contributing to continuous improvements of SAP Ariba.

Drive Compliance KPIs (PO Compliance, Invoice Match Rate, Pay on Time) by supporting end users in utilizing the system correctly and analyzing root causes of errors for long-term improvements.

Ensure suppliers can trade through SAP Ariba and have updated catalog content.

Build and maintain a strong network with key stakeholders, including function managers, business navigation managers, and requesters across Ingka U.S.

Stay up to date with the supplier base and work with Procurement Purchasers to develop catalog content.

Collaborate with the Global Business Operations (GBO) team to resolve issues with end users.

Develop and secure proper training programs to close knowledge gaps within the operational procurement team.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities, aligned with IKEA's values and leadership methodologies.

Expertise in SAP Ariba, S4, and VIM, with the ability to train and guide teams in their use.

Excellent analytical skills for conducting business opportunity analysis and risk assessments.

Strong problem-solving abilities to drive compliance and resolve procurement-related errors.

Ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Knowledge of supplier management and catalog development within SAP Ariba.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education & Experience

Relevant experience in SAP system operations, preferably within a procurement environment.

Proven experience in team leadership and managing SAP operational support functions.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and compliance metrics.

Working Conditions

Office environment with a focus on SAP operational support and cross-functional collaboration.

Occasional travel may be required.
