How will I contribute?
The IT Support Technician will support both a company-wide ticketing queue and will assist in local technical support. As part of your process, you will generate and modify technical documentation and help execute tasks for one or more IT efforts simultaneously as delegated by the IT Support Group Lead and Senior Manager of IT Operations.
As an IT Support Technician, you must demonstrate basic understanding of the technical aspects of end-user and infrastructure support. In this role, you will successfully triage incoming support tickets, manage your own support requests, leverage your troubleshooting abilities, and be a dedicated and dynamic team player.
Location/Work Mode:
Office-based, St. Louis, MO
Responsibilities
Resolve, triage and/or update level 1 support tickets as documented in the IT Call Flow and associated SLA’s..
Assist with local IT support issues or requests.
Maintain or assist with the IT inventory for their site.
Help with setup and care for local conference rooms and data closets.
Participate in rotating on-call schedule and adhere to SLA’s.
