Position: Information Systems Analyst

Location: 300 Lakeside Dr, Oakland, CA, USA 94612

Duration:  2.5 Months (2024-10-21 to 2024-12-31)

 

 

Description:

LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. Hybrid. Expectation is no more than 25% onsite at a Client facility.

*The position will likely extend for the right resource.

TOP THINGS:

- Experience developing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and views, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps.

- Experience with software documentation or technical writing.

- Detail oriented, analytical, good oral and written communication skills.

- Overall, demonstrated skill is more valuable than length of time; needs to be coachable and an independent study.

Client laptop will be provided. If the successful candidate chooses to work out of the office, external monitors, keyboard, mouse, docking station and cables are available. If remote, these tools must be provided by the vendor or candidate will use their own.

*May expense, with prior approval, mileage reimbursement for any travel beyond travel to OGO.

The Information Systems Analyst will develop and support low-code Office 365 applications that enable training delivery and Client Academy business processes. Initial focus will be on documentation and specific high-priority enhancements of existing applications.

• Consults with sponsors and users to define requirements.

• Designs, develops, and enhances applications using SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and other tools.

• Creates detailed documentation of applications.

• Provides ongoing user assistance and break-fix support.

• Extracts and processes data from applications to measure impacts and inform decisions.

This position is remote but may occasionally require participation at in-person meetings at Client offices in Winters, Livermore, San Ramon, or Oakland.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelors degree.

• 2 years of experience in similar or related job functions.

• Experience developing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and views, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps.

• Experience with software documentation or technical writing.

Desired:

• Detail oriented, analytical, good oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work with different teams across disciplines and levels.

• Experience with Graph, Powershell and Excel scripts

• High proficiency in developing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and views, Power Automate flows, Power Apps, creating Power BI reports and visualizations.

• High proficiency in software documentation or technical writing.
