Title : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect
Location: Plano TX (Onsite)
Only W2 USC, GC, H1T, GC EAD (NO C2C, F1, OPT, CPT)
6 months contract to hire
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Platform & Configuration Management: Administer and maintain the SFMC platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, access, and reliability.
Automation: Guide and support business users in the creation, execution, and optimization of single/omni-channel journey orchestration.
Data Management: Manage and segment customer data for targeted marketing efforts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports to measure campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Integration: Oversee the integration of SFMC with other systems and platforms, including CRM, DAM, and CMS.
Support: Provide technical support and training to marketing and corporate communications teams, addressing any platform-related issues or inquiries and participate in on-call rotation schedule.
Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, particularly regarding data privacy and security.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with SFMC features and best practices, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve platform utilization.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.).
Strong understanding of HTML Template Customization, CSS, and AMPscript.
Experience with SQL and data management.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with MuleSoft/Azure API framework is desired but not required.
Knowledge of marketing automation best practices.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication are a must to succeed in this role.
Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable but not required.
