Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Consultant with expertise in NetSuite ERP deployment. This role is crucial in leading the successful implementation of the NetSuite ERP system and serves as the key point of contact between business stakeholders and the ERP integrator. The Project Manager will ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting the business’s specific needs.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead the full lifecycle of the NetSuite ERP implementation, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between business teams and the ERP integrator, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Communication: Maintain and distribute comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and status updates to stakeholders.
Control & Governance: Implement project controls to manage risks and issues. Ensure that all deliverables meet established standards and deadlines.
Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and any potential opportunities.
Change Management: Support business teams through organizational changes related to the ERP system implementation, ensuring a smooth transition.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the final ERP solution meets business requirements through rigorous testing and validation.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a specific focus on ERP implementations, particularly NetSuite.
ERP Expertise: Proven track record in successfully managing NetSuite ERP deployments, with a solid understanding of its modules and capabilities.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information clearly for a variety of stakeholders.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive collaboration across teams.
Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving project challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
