Responsibilities:
The Sponsor office is seeking a Systems Integrator to support the Office's Chief of Staff's Front Office support team. They will support the Sponsor by multi-tasking effectively in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities, assisting in the tracking of action items, identification and understanding of requirements, and supporting division-level communications.

Primary responsibilities will be to assist in the coordination and collaboration of taskings and actions assigned to the office and requiring dissemination

The candidate should possess a motivation to drive operational and organizational excellence through collaboration with multiple internal and external offices and technical staff, excellent organizational and time management skills, and assisting in the crafting and editing of detail-oriented communications and products

Assist with assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs) 

Translate technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations to be used by technical and non-technical personnel

Assist in the developing of governance processes and procedures, as well as administer those processes when appropriate

Qualifications:
Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline

A minimum of 10 years' experience

Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules

Ability to coordinate information flow that occurs between all programs and organizational managers

Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem

Provides a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components

Desired Qualifications

Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline

15 years' experience

3 years' experience in the IC 

Ability to test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems

Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system

Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment

Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientist and top-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems
