Key Responsibilities:

Monitors and updates dispatch system and works incoming tickets as assigned

Provides troubleshooting, technical support and development of end-user guidelines

Configures, installs, monitors, and maintains IT users’ workstation software and hardware

Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship

2 years of technical operations support experience

Familiarity with computer and workstation equipment

Ability to:

Provide consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software

Provide on-the-spot training to users

Make recommendations on selection of hardware and software products to address business requirements

Understand operating systems imaging concepts

Education/Certifications:

Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or other job related field

A+ Certification 

The salary range for this position is $20- $22/HRLY. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
