Role: WMS Technical Support Developer/ Lead

Location: Columbus, IN (Hybrid)

Job Description:

BY-Warehouse understanding, RedPrairie -WMS , Supply chain process

Support Critical Supply Chain and Warehouse management applications. That include BY and RedPrairie WMS solutions

Solutioning and development of functionality changes

Customer coordination to understand issues, requirements

Strong Analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Strong Communication skills

Strong expertise in WMS product

Good understanding of middleware

Understanding of Supply chain aftermarket processes

Coordinate and guide offshore teams on both development and Support requirements.

Understanding of Agile process.
