AECOM seeks an experienced, proven Program Manager to lead Federal/Dept of Energy(DOE) environmental remediation projects. The candidate may work remotely within the US but will be expected to travel to specific DOE job sites periodically for possibly extended periods of time.

Required qualifications for the DOE Program Manager include a proven track record of:
Managing and leading federal performance based/fixed price remediation projects
Close successful collaboration with DOE Tier 1 contractors and other stakeholders
Familiarity with DOE environmental programs, contaminants and organizational framework of the agency
Managing and directing professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects
Achieving contractual performance and financial milestones
Other responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
Familiar with project invoicing and cash flow management
Leads teams by utilizing advanced scientific principles, theories, and practices
Utilizes existing technologies and past experience to develop technical solutions to complex problems
Interprets and records data, conducts analyses, compares findings to relevant studies and local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance
Analyzes financial statements and completes budget tracking
Performs work with minimal direction with periodic reporting to internal regional and environmental management
Oversees the preparation of work plans and organizes project studies
Performs complex assignments often requiring the development of unique solutions to problems with the support of the project team
Supervises junior and mid-level staff during all phases of project work
Conducts reviews and provides staff feedback for continued improvement
