The Role
Our client is on the hunt for a product-focused full-stack engineer to help revolutionize the recruiting industry.
This role offers full ownership of building a product that users love, from the ground up. Youll move quickly, iterate often, and create a seamless experience for both recruiters and companies.
With 50% month-over-month growth, the company is aiming to scale from $450k to $4.5M in monthly GMV over the next year. This opportunity also has the potential to grow into a Head of Product role for those looking to take their career to the next level.
What You'll Do
Build and ship high-quality products quickly, ensuring rapid delivery without sacrificing excellence
Collaborate closely with product teams and engineers to execute on the roadmap
Take full ownership of feature design and implementation, including development, testing, and release
Lead the development of all recruiter, client, and candidate-facing aspects of the product
Engage with customers of all sizes daily to understand their needs
Design and develop end-to-end products that recruiters and clients love
Work closely with recruiters to create tools that make them 10x more efficient
Automate internal marketplace operations to streamline processes
Build integrations that embed the platform seamlessly into existing systems
Drive growth engineering initiatives, including SEO, billing, signups, and activations
Balance both product and growth-focused engineering to deliver impactful results
What You Bring to the Table
A product-driven engineer whos passionate about creating seamless, delightful user experiences and understands both customer needs and business goals
2+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong track record of building products end-to-end and owning the entire codebase
Background in early-stage startups or a natural builder/tinkerer who enjoys hacking together projects, whether solo or with friends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a team player who brings passion and drive to every project
Bonus: Experience in the talent or recruiting industry is a big plus

A salary of $130K - $200K / year + equity 0.25%-1%
