Position: Scrum Master
Location: New Castle Delaware or Tampa Florida (Hybrid mode of working 3 days a week from office) Choose anyone location
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Skills required:
Experience in a Scrum Master role with 7-8 years and Overall Software experience 10+ years.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks.
Strong communication and servant leadership skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
Should have good working experiences in Jira and Confluence
