Montefiore IT is actively recruiting talented professionals for our Infor ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management technology team. Following our recent implementation of Infor FSM, we are building a dedicated team to provide comprehensive support throughout the lifecycle of this essential module.

The Infor ERP Credentialed Trainer collaborates with the Infor Training Manager to deliver comprehensive training program materials. This role involves managing and teaching both instructor-led and technology-delivered courses in a classroom setting. The Credentialed Trainer will work closely with the Training Manager to refine and update course content as needed, ensuring a systematic and effective learning process. Additionally, the trainer will incorporate best practices for delivering technology-enhanced and blended courses.

Responsibilities:

Deliver training materials in a classroom environment to associates, focusing on relevant applications.

Assist in the design and development of training programs, including selecting appropriate delivery methods and content sources.

Utilize, test, and maintain the training environment.

Update and maintain all training materials.

Maintain policy and procedure documentation.

Maintain training curriculum and provide ongoing training post-live.

Develop program evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of each training module.

Provide outstanding client service and contribute to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care.

Perform other related duties as required.

Required:

Experience in adult education.

Minimum of at least 1 full lifecycle ERP implementation experience as a Training Team Member of ERP Solution (preferably INFOR ERP Solution).

General proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Visio.

Ability to communicate technical information to a variety of audiences.

Demonstrated competency in interpersonal skills, writing skills, effective communication, facilitation, coaching, organizational skills, and presentation skills.

Experience conducting training virtually and proficiency with virtual training tools.
