ServiceNow Lead with CMDB expertise

Should have strong experience in CMDB CI records and models

Responsible for analyzing the organization and designing processes and systems.

Involve assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching and gathering information, and synthesizing customer requirements.

You are expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform, and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems Identify customer requirements and define future state and/or business solutions.
