Role- Salesforce Solution Architect
Location- New York
Duration- Fulltime
Responsibilities:
5+ years of experience with Product Management discipline within Technology space and Agile/Scrum product development.
3+ years of experience in User experience or user outreach contributions (insights, research, design, testing).
Demonstrated experience managing shared services operating model and providing governance guidance on coordinating demand intake across multiple business groups
Demonstrated experience providing influence and/or matrixed oversight to technical teams.
Comprehensive and proficient facilitation, communication, & negotiation skills.
Discipline to operate independently, collaborate effectively and thrive in ambiguity with a generalist mindset.
Knowledge of software development processes, technology trends, and project management principles.
You have curiosity and love solving problems using your creative and critical thinking skills.
Experience with a hybrid work environment; proficient in online collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Teams, or similar.
Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications.
Salesforce Certifications a must.
