Must Haves:
8+ years of functional experience working on IBM Maximo with a strong knowledge of Maximo configurations, validation, and documentation
Business Analyst experience - the ability to gather requirements from users of the systems, workflow changes, and work with application designers
Understanding the functional business flows within Maximo:
Be able to write business flows
Building the roadmaps
Updating basic artifacts
Experience within the life sciences industry
Plusses:
Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS)

Job Description:
A fast-growing biotechnology company in Norwood, MA is seeking a Functional Maximo Consultant to join the Digital organization on the Norwood campus. The Functional Maximo Consultant will sit in the Technical Development group on the digital side, working within the Manufacturing, Facilities, and Engineering group. This resource will be part of a brand new team that is being built out to support the new implementation of IMB Maximo.
The Functional Maximo Consultant will work hand and hand with the Principal Product Leader to assist in the implementation which is set to go live in October 2023. The functional SME Will be the main person defining the architect roadmap and translating requirements to the technical team. On a day to day, this role is 60% BA work, where he/she will be working with the users of the systems and then translating those requirements to the application designers. He/she must be able to elicit requirements effectively, work on workflows, and work on configurations for the application designers. He/she must have good documentation experience and writing URS. The other 40% of the day-to-day will focus on the architecture piece. He/she will build architecture governance for Maximo, and propose to the team solutions for the product. The SME must have a good understanding of how to implement new technologies within Maximo on a very large-scale application. This person will be building the architecture to implement MAS into Maximo as a new asset management system. This is a great opportunity, as this resource will help to build out this global implementation for companywide users and external service providers.
