Responsibilities-

Conduct in-depth change impact analysis for Finance.

Assess Finance training needs and collaborate with training teams to design and deliver effective trainings.

Plan, develop, and execute Finance communications.

Collaborate with cross-functional change management teams to prepare and execute program communications.

Closely partner with Finance project managers, Finance business teams, and cross-functional change management teams to ensure organizational readiness, smooth execution, and successful adoption of SAP S4/HANA.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in change management, particularly within finance and SAP environments.

Strong skills in impact analysis, communication, training development, and stakeholder management.

Familiarity with SAP S4/HANA and its impact on finance processes.

Ability to manage complex projects and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
