NTT DATA Services currently seeks a DSNP Solution Architect Consultant to join our team.

 

Role Responsibilities

Develop business models and technical architecture strategy for the future state Medicare/DSNP solution.

Collaborate with implementation partners selected to provide cloud and on-premise solutions to define end-to-end implementation plan, including defining system of record, data management best practices, user interface criteria, security considerations, quality and testing strategies, and technical alignment opportunities.

Recommend best practices for the security and compliance of Medicare/DSNP data across all IT systems.

Work across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of new solutions with ITS systems and with clinical and business operations while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and healthcare regulations to drive resilience and operational efficiency in solution architecture.

Required Skills/Experience  

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT system development and architecture, with a focus on healthcare and Medicaid and Medicare systems.

DSNP system experience in California preferred.

Strong understanding of Medicaid/Medicare/DSNP regulations and the healthcare industry's technology needs.

Proven technical and analytical skills with the ability to define solutions for large-scale IT projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with business and technical solutions in Medicaid and/or Medicare systems, claims, enrollment, healthcare analytics, EHR systems, and data management.

Knowledge of IT security best practices and healthcare compliance regulations.

 Working Conditions:

Remote work arrangements with occasional onsite travel (e.g., quarterly).
