Our Aerospace/Defense Client is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer in El Segundo, CA. Come join our Team!
Minimum 5 years of experience required.
Must have an Active Security Clearance to be considered
Responsibilities
Design, integrate, test, and debug embedded software.
Build code for specialized hardware.
Integrate software with hardware components.
Improve software efficiency and stability.
Conduct Cyber Vulnerability Analysis (CVA).
Produce design and test documentation.
Develop custom tools for automation and workflow improvement.
Basic Qualifications
Active U.S. Government Security Clearance
Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, (STEM)
Experience with C/C++, Assembly, Python, and RTOS.
Experience with embedded spacecraft software such as:
F´ (F Prime)
VxWorks
RTEMS, or NASA Core Flight System (cFS).
Experience with spacecraft subsystems like:
Attitude Control Subsystem (ACS)
Propulsion Subsystem
Thermal Control Subsystem (TCS)
Power Supply Subsystem
Communication Subsystem
Command and Data Handling Subsystem (C&DHS).
Proficiency in DevOps tools and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in cyber software and white hat activities.
Experience with ARM, PowerPC, and GNU toolchains.
Familiarity with COSMOS ground software.
Experience with agile teams and fast-paced projects.
Candidates must Hold an ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance to be considered.
