Job Description

· Experience working as a PO in a large-scale SAP Transformation project for managing Data Integration.

· business features for an Enterprise Data Integration Team.

· Must have experience working in SAP Transformation projects for 5+ years or more to create high level roadmaps for engineering team’s execution.

· Must have experience working with other Product Owners, Architects, PMO, Infrastructure, Business engagement stakeholders for requirement gathering, product feature definition, writing Epics, features and user stories with acceptance criteria in JIRA, Confluence or ADO

· Experience doing User Acceptance Testing and developing an end-to-end testing strategy for the product features based on the epic definition and definition-of-ready

· Experience validating functional and non-functional requirements before release.

· Providing product updates to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and raising any risks and dependencies in a timely manner

· Ensuring the product backlog is updated before sprint planning.

· Must understand Sprint X-1/X-2 Backlog concepts in agile methodology.

· Define the product vision and roadmap for SAP Transformation and suggest growth opportunities from customer interactions

· Develop business case justification and analysis aligned with product strategy

· Efficiently conducts agile ceremonies involving client and internal stakeholders.

· Support backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories and address any questions for engineering on gaps, requirements and risks

· Work closely with Product Management leaders to create a backlog according to business priorities and ROI

· Create and own release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities with customers

· Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

· Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and work with the team to adhere to them and train them on it.

· Flexibility to work with a team based in different time zones

· Experience working with SQL and working with relational databases to define use cases.
