Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manual Functional Tester with strong experience in integration testing, a good understanding of application functionalities, and expertise in TestRail and Jira.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our applications by designing, executing, and reporting on manual test cases, particularly for integrated systems.

You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to verify that the application meets both functional and integration requirements.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in manual functional testing and integration testing.

Test Case Management Tools: Proven experience with TestRail for writing and managing test cases, tracking test execution, and generating test reports.

Defect Tracking: Proficiency in using Jira for defect tracking, issue management, and sprint planning. Familiarity with Jira queries and filters is a plus.

Integration Testing: Strong knowledge of integration testing concepts, including data validation, API testing, and testing workflows across integrated systems.

Test Execution: Hands-on experience in executing test cases manually and identifying defects in both functional and integration scenarios.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to document test cases, defects, and test results clearly and concisely.

Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure thorough testing and identification of edge cases.
