Job Requirements / Description
Main Responsibilities
" Collaborate with the finance team and subject matter experts to understand and document business requirements and ensure the SAP system is configured to meet those needs.
" Participate in the design and implementation of new SAP financial features or modules.
" Provide support to other finance users on the effective use of SAP for financial management.
" Identify and report any issues or errors within the SAP financial modules, and work with the Project team to resolve them.
" Assist in the implementation and rollout of new SAP financial features or modules.
" Serve as a point of contact for finance-related SAP inquiries and support.
" Execute comprehensive test cases to validate the functionality of SAP financial modules, configurations, and integrations.
" Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing on SAP financial systems.
" Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing, and work with the IT and development teams to resolve them.
" Serve as a liaison between the subject matter experts and the IT department, effectively communicating testing results and requirements.
" Support on developing training materials and sessions to finance end-users on the proper use of SAP financial modules.
Quals--
Position Requirements
" Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT.
" 3-5 years of experience in a project management or business analysis role.
" Thorough understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
" Proficiency in using SAP financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset management.
" Familiarity with SAP reporting and business intelligence tools.
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
" Experience in providing end-user training and support is preferred.
Nice to Have Skills
" Project management experience
" Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
" Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence).
