IT Application Solutions Architect Senior

Strategize and execute analytical warehouses and application pipelines to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, AZURE, Snowflake, Big Query).

Deliver proof of concepts (POCs) to standardize data movement and consumption patterns.

Demonstrate good experience in strategizing and implementing large-scale data integration solutions.

Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for ETL development to transform raw data to meet target system requirements.

Manage stakeholder collaboration across programs for smooth implementation of data solutions.

Troubleshoot data migration issues, ensure data consistency, and meet business requirements.

Analyze legacy data, data quality rules, business rules, and data dictionaries.

Be well-versed in ITSM practices including service delivery, incident management, change management, and problem resolution.

Implement observability solutions including application performance monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, log analytics, and event management using AIOps, MLOps.

Have experience in multiple Big Data technologies, data streaming, programming languages, SQL/NoSQL, and visualization tools.

Skills/Experience

Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable systems that can handle high volumes of data.

Develop and implement efficient and scalable solutions using Confluent Kafka, Java, and Spring Boot technologies.

Work closely with other engineers to ensure that data pipelines are integrated with existing systems and meet the needs of the business.

Required Skills

15 years of professional experience as an AWS MSK /Apache Kafka/ Confluent Kafka developer with a deep understanding of Kafka Development.

Well-versed with Kafka and streaming internals, Java, Spring Boot, and similar technologies.

Direct experience or working knowledge with AWS technologies including ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Terraform, and Kafka.

Sound knowledge with authorization and authentication approaches like OAuth, SSO/SAML.

Experience with build tools like Maven, Gradle, and unit test tools like Junit, Mockito.

Foundational experience with service orchestration and messaging technology.

Experience with Kafka governance.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.
