ETD Operations Analyst

Location: Hybrid (In-office from Day One)

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated ETD Operations Analyst with a foundational understanding of Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETD) and Futures & Options. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Required Skills:

General understanding of Exchange-Traded Derivatives, Futures & Options.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analytics, and ability to create PowerPoint presentations and process flow charts using Visio.

Previous experience at an Exchange or financial institution.

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Project.

Ideal Candidate Characteristics:

Collaborative mindset with strong critical thinking skills.

Eager to learn the functions of the role and use GMI.

Industry-Specific Terms:

Familiarity with Exchange, FCM, GMI, R&N, Clearing, Position Management, CME, CBT, OCC, ICE US, CBOE, Intercontinental Exchange, Balancing, and Reconciliations.

Deal-Breakers:

Previous experience as a front office trader.
