Complete Description:
Our customer is seeking Technical Support Analysts to provide help desk support to their users.

 

Job Type: Contract (Duration 6 months)

Work Location: Remote (US)

Shifts: 10:00am – 6:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm MST

 

Responsibilities:

Provides support for hardware, software, and equipment issues and problems, and service or maintenance for desktop equipment and systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, ensuring a high level of customer service.

Follow established troubleshooting procedures consistently.

Document incidents and resolutions accurately.

Communicate effectively with users of varying technical abilities.

Skills and Experience:

2+ years in IT or related technical field

Proficiency with PC hardware and desktop systems

Experience using ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow

Familiarity with Android and iPhone mobile app support

Knowledge of Microsoft desktop OS, basic networking, and security fundamentals
