Job Requirements / Description
LAC Federal is seeking a detail-oriented Program Support Analyst to join our team. The Analyst will be responsible for planning and coordinating scheduling activities, analyzing interdependencies between projects, developing work breakdown structures, and supporting various business and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of scheduling tools, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to recommend and implement solutions to improve administrative processes and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct planning and coordination of scheduling activities involving systems, projects, or sub-projects.
Utilize knowledge of scheduling tools to analyze interdependencies between related projects and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Develop work breakdown structures to define project scope, deliverables, and tasks.
Document analysis results and provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders.
Support business and administrative activities, including budgeting, manpower and resource planning, and financial reporting.
Evaluate existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to administrative problems or contractual issues.
Recommend and implement solutions to improve administrative processes and procedures.
Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform activity and data modeling to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline workflows.
Develop business methods, identify best practices, and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Proficiency in scheduling tools and techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Experience in project management or program support.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
Familiarity with data analysis and modeling tools.
Understanding of financial management principles.
