Job Summary:
We seek a talented and experienced Full-stack Software Engineer with expertise in React Native and mobile application development, particularly in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web and mobile applications that align with healthcare standards and regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes, streamline healthcare processes, and enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Collaborate with the design team to implement user-friendly interfaces.
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET, React].
Integrate frontend and backend components to create a seamless user experience.
Implement database solutions (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and ensure data integrity and security.
Develop applications that comply with healthcare industry standards such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.
Stay updated on healthcare regulations and best practices to ensure all software solutions are compliant.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes to ensure high code quality.
Contribute to project planning, estimation, and documentation.
Comfortable visiting Dallas once a quarter for 1-2 days
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in full-stack development, focusing on mobile applications.
Proficiency in React Native for mobile app development.
Experience with .NET, etc.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Proven experience in developing software solutions within the healthcare industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver projects on time.
