Job Summary:
Independently investigate and resolve client support issues. Resolve any complex issues that cannot be resolved by first-line support Supporting various legacy system retirements Training new/existing clients and implementation teams on software Prioritize and manage own workload to deliver quality results and meet timelines

Responsibilities:
" Provide support and produce detailed system requirements and technical / functional specifications in alignment with standards and frameworks
" Work in close partnership with business partners / technology / project teams and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage detailed functional specifications
" Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system capabilities and defining technology solutions options / recommendations working closely with key technology partners
" Ability to write and execute test plans in DEV and PAT and carry out all necessary tasks required to implement any system change
" Ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and presentation materials to support the decision making of executives
" Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency of the business unit and/or team.
Manage Incremental Change
" Manage BAU change to system
" Onboarding new products
" Managing official curve changes
" Provide thought leadership and project oversight for data governance and quality roadmap and implementation activities
" Scope, size, and manage data quality implementation efforts
L3 Support
" Independently investigate and resolve client support issues.
" Resolve any complex issues that cannot be resolved by first-line support

" Miscellaneous
" Training new/existing clients and implementation teams on software
