Pay Range: $80 - $88 per hour
Job Summary:
This position demands an IT Professional experienced in Workday HCM, capable of configuring, troubleshooting, and developing for various Workday functions. The candidate will serve a pivotal role in Tier 1/Tier 2 support, developing and maintaining integration systems, and optimizing business processes and technical solutions. Essential responsibilities include acting as the primary analyst for Workday related configurations and integrations, ensuring high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into Workday platform solutions, configuring core HCM and related areas.
Develop and maintain Workday integrations, custom reports, and connectivity with ERP/third-party applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and test technical objects and maintain system integrity.
Analyze and propose solutions to streamline business processes and address system inefficiencies.
Ensure adherence to change management processes and contribute to team efforts across business system functions.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience in Workday HCM configuration and development.
Proven ability in troubleshooting and system integration.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
Industry Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant Workday platform experience in both implementation and support roles preferred.
Workday Pro Certifications in Integrations and HCM are highly desirable.
