Contract to Hire role

Your Primary Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
" Drives insights from operational incidents, analyzes trends and creates actionable roadmap.
" Assist on vision development and executions into clear, specific, and achievable objectives for the team.
" Assist in providing analytical and reporting capabilities to support decision making by the business partners.
" Manage relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on functional changes, including Senior staff.
" Builds partnerships with multiple Stakeholders to influence requirements, identify operational improvement opportunities and guide the execution of those requirements into business solutions.
" Support audit & regulatory needs for the team.
" Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
" Minimum 2-3 years of related experience
" Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
" Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point.
" Assist in drafting high quality presentation material to share with partners and leadership that provides the appropriate level of detail for the intended audience.
" Understands and uses applicable work management tools for decision making and collaboration (i.e. JIRA, SharePoint, SNOW).
" Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, MS Teams)
" Power BI development knowledge is highly preferred.
" Knowledge of Financial Client PPM is a plus.
" Working experience with Production Support Teams is a plus.
