Job Requirements / Description
Our oil and gas client’s Downstream team is seeking a talented UX Generalist to lead a project from start to finish. As a UX Generalist, you will play a key role in understanding user needs, conducting research, and designing innovative solutions for our client’s fuels, lubes, and chemicals portfolios.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and best practices.
Contribute to the development of user personas and journey maps.
Provide support and guidance to other team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
Experience in UX design and research.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65 to $75 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match + paid vacation + paid PTO
