Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced individual to join our talented group as a Salesforce Developer.

 

Position Highlights:

 

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy solutions within the TPH Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with the cross-functional IT teams, TPH Managed Services and Business teams to understand business requirements and create scalable solutions that meet our organization's needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce customization, configuration, and development, as well as a strong background in programming and software development best practices.

 

 

Position Responsibilities:

Salesforce Customization & Development:Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Create custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows to meet business requirements.

Build and optimize complex data models and flows in Salesforce.

Integrations:
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless data flow across different platforms.

Automation & Optimization:

Develop automation solutions using Salesforce Flow, and Apex triggers.

Identify areas for improvement in the existing Salesforce environment and suggest optimizations.

Testing & Deployment:
Participate in code reviews and conduct unit testing to ensure code quality and security.

Deploy solutions using Salesforce change sets or third-party tools such as Gearset or Copado.

Documentation & Training:Prepare and maintain technical documentation for solutions and workflows.

Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, TPH Managed Services and users.

 

Position Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and performance optimization.

Experience with Sales Cloud. Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Einstein GPT for Sales, Sales Scheduler is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in object-oriented programming and experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.

Certifications :
Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).

Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).

Other certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Architect, are a plus.

Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $127,30-$151,900 per year, depending on experience and skillset.  Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.

Bonus: This position is eligible for an Annual performance-based cash bonus.  Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
