Job Summary:
This role plays a crucial part in achieving the clients vision by focusing on building trust through cutting-edge technology solutions. The candidate will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver outstanding products that enhance operational performance and ensure client remains a safe, reliable platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex, cross-functional teams and multiple programs simultaneously.
Develop and execute detailed program plans and schedules to meet targeted performance metrics and executive expectations.
Foster strategic alignment with leadership, communicate project status, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Anticipate, identify, and navigate project risks and obstacles, negotiating changes with cross-functional stakeholders.
Measure outcomes, adapt strategies based on feedback, and continuously learn from both successes and failures.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Advanced communication skills and the ability to influence senior leadership
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in technology-driven environments, especially platforms focusing on trust, safety, or similar domains, is highly desirable.
