Job Description
Data Scientist in Supply chain domain
Must have: Strong understanding of AI/Client concepts, algorithms (Decision Trees, Random Forest, Deep learning, etc.), and techniques.
Understanding of model suitability for different problems.
Good hands on experience in AI/Client libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit learn) along with proficiency in a programming language.
Proficiency in Gen AI technologies and their components such as LLMs, Orchestrating frameworks like (e.g. LangChain/LlamaIndex ), Prompt Engineering, Guradrails etc.
Experience with end to end model creation lifecycle activities, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development / training, model tuning, model evaluation, deployment, and data visualization.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
Familiarity with at least one cloud platform / hyper scaler (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS).
Knowledge of software development practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross functional teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize 10+ years of experience
