Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
· Answer help desk calls for corporate office as well as off-site locations
· Using call tracking system, record all incidents and problem resolutions, keeping the customer informed during the process
· Resolve Level 1 and 2 issues directly
· Investigate and resolve computer hardware, software problems and LAN/desktop problems
· Perform hardware and software installations
· Interact with outside vendors to resolve computer or printer problems
Qualifications:
Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required:
· Excellent communication skills
· Good team work ethic
· Experience with Microsoft networks
· Excellent computer hardware and software knowledge (Windows XP and Microsoft Office Products)
· Ability to learn new systems quickly
· Experience with troubleshooting Citrix Presentation Server Clients
· General Knowledge and some experience using Help Desk software
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years helpdesk experience;
· Strong hardware/software skills;
· experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues
