Job Description:
Summary:
Responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of programs and strategies to improve operational performance.
Ensure the achievement of long-term, sustainable performance outcomes within CORE Operations through performance analysis, performance coaching, and continuous performance improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following. Other Duties May Be Assigned.
Analyze key performance data and trends to enhance and develop new and existing initiatives which will enhance or expedite operational performance
Utilize raw data and observations to identify performance gaps, analyze causes and implement innovative solutions.
Provide support to diverse levels of internal and external personnel to develop and maintain effective rapport and to resolve issues and inquiries.
Participate on special workgroups or projects as assigned.
Create and present findings to display operational data and propose business changes.
Education And/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
Two (2) years’ of union leadership experience with proven ability to lead through influence, and translate raw data into user-friendly formats.
Advanced experience in operational analysis, data analysis, and problem resolution type activities.
Demonstrated success with facilitation, training development and change implementation

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
