Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conversational Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and developing conversational interfaces for companies customer self-service and agent-facing productivity solutions. You will be part of a tightly knit team with our product managers, business analysts, developers, and customer service managers. Our goal is to create engaging and effective conversational experiences that meet the needs of our customers and improve their overall experience with us.
Your designs will be implemented on an industry-leading chatbot and IVR platform. We will give you an opportunity for growth by leveraging the latest LLM-based AI technologies into our customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and customer service teams to understand customer needs and design conversational experiences that meet those needs
Create conversation flows, scripts, and user personas to guide the development of conversational interfaces
Conduct user research and testing to ensure conversational interfaces are effective and engaging
Continuously improve conversational interfaces based on user feedback and data analysis
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in conversational design and AI technology
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in conversational design or related field
Strong understanding of conversational AI technology and best practices
Experience designing and developing chatbots, IVR systems, or other conversational interfaces
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with the following topics will be considered a plus:
Hands-on experience with Kore.ai BotBuilder, Google Dialogflow CX, or some other conversational AI creation environment
Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models
Experience with UX design and user research
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
