Senior IT Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our IT team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects while maintaining high standards of delivery. This role will immediately oversee several critical enterprise-wide initiatives spanning multiple subsidiaries and international operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT projects with minimal supervision
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
Navigate the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels
Negotiate project scope, resources, and timelines
Identify and mitigate project risks
Current Strategic Initiatives
Service Operations Standardization Project
Lead initiative to standardize service operations across 10 subsidiaries
Develop comprehensive preventative maintenance standards
Establish unified KPIs and system modification protocols
Collaborate with key stakeholders including:
Director of Service Operations
Subsidiary Presidents and Service Management teams
Operations, IT, and HR departments
Legal team for service compensation structuring
Logistics Optimization Project (Phase 2)
Manage vendor relationship for freight carrier invoicing optimization
Oversee specialized payment processing improvements
Work closely with:
IT Department
Head of Operations
Logistics Director
CFO
Credit Card Data Security Compliance Project
Lead implementation of online vendor solution for credit card processing
Ensure compliance with data security standards
Coordinate across multiple entities:
International affiliates (Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Chile)
Technical Support Centers
National Accounts
All subsidiary operations
IT and Operations departments
Required Qualifications
5+ years of IT project management experience
Extensive knowledge of SDLC methodologies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
Proven track record of successful project delivery
Superior organizational and time management skills
Experience with international project coordination preferred
Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
Background in service operations or logistics a plus
Work Environment
