Compensation: Up to $200,000 + Equity

Role Overview:
As a Founding Software Engineer at FleetWorks, you will play a key role in shaping our AI-powered SaaS product for the transportation industry. Youll take ownership of product development, design, and technical innovation, working closely with the CTO to ship new features and improve our platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join an early-stage startup and help define both the companys culture and product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to all phases of product development.
Collaborate with the founding team to build innovative AI features for the freight industry.
Own the entire lifecycle of projects from ideation to deployment.
Work closely with customers to gather feedback and iterate on the product.
Help shape the company culture as a key member of the founding team.
Candidate Requirements:
3+ years of relevant software development experience (NodeJS, TypeScript).
Previous startup experience is a must.
Willingness to work in-office in San Francisco or relocate.
Demonstrated autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset.
Nice-to-Haves:
5+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience with freight technology.
Proficiency in cloud deployment (GCP), CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Langchain, HuggingFace
