Top Qualifications:
" Bachelor's degree in computer science, networking administration, information technology, or a similar field.
" Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto(Mandatory), Citrix Netscaler for switching, routing, firewalls, wireless access points, wireless controller, and application delivery
" Experience with RSA SecurID desired WAN and VoIP
Job summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Network Engineer with 12 to 14 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Switching and Routing Cisco, Load Balancer BIG IP / F5, and Cisco VPN.
This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional who can work effectively during day shifts and does not require travel.
The successful candidate will contribute significantly to our company's mission by leveraging their expertise
Required Skills: Cisco VPN, Switching & Routing Cisco, Load Balancer BIG IP / F5
Responsibilities:
" Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
" Troubleshooting problems with existing networks to determine the cause of malfunctions or breakdowns and recommending solutions
" Designing and creating new computer networks according to company specifications
" Analyzing network performance to identify areas for improvement
" Installing new network hardware and software, including Client, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other equipment
" Performing risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to improve security
" Installing new or replace existing network equipment and updating software packages
" Day to Day operational support to 200 plus sites for Intranet, internet, Wi-Fi etc.
" Coordinating with other departments, such as IT, to ensure that new system implementations meet the needs of other departments within the organization
" Monitor network to ensure security, availability, and performance
" Assist other IT teams with network project level work
" Maintain and support enterprise SSIDs and wireless controllers.
" Maintain and support VPN Citrix VPN Gateway for 1000 PHNY/RIV employees
" Manage high/moderate complexity projects
" Troubleshoot network and application performance
" Participate in network on-call rotation
" Document issues, resolutions, and changes in appropriate systems
" Assist with other necessary network tasks.
