Job Title: Functional Consultant Oracle NMS

Roles & Responsibilities
" The candidate should also have a strong understanding of
o Electricity Distribution business and Network Model
o Strong understanding ADMS & Outage Management Systems.
o Understand technical architecture of ADMS systems.
o Understanding and appreciation of GIS, Workforce Management, Field Mobile applications
o Business Requirements Gathering and defining business process flows.
" Implementation in Oracle NMS Outage Management product
" System design, development, testing and implementation exp.
" Solution architecture and technical design for Oracle OMS upgrade and implementation
" Define Outage management business processes for Planned, Unplanned outages
" Support NMS configuration and OMS Prediction rules
" Support OMS Integration with GIS, CIS Asset management etc.
Experience Required
" Implementation experience in Oracle NMS Outage Management product (mandatory)
" Understanding of Electricity Distribution business and Network Model
" System design, development, testing and implementation exp.
" Solution architecture and technical design experience preferably on Oracle OMS upgrade and implementation
" Experience of integrating OMS with other corporate applications.
" Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
" Demonstrated ability to recognize and communicate project risks as well as implement mitigation strategies
" Ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges throughout the project development and execution and successfully managing the customer expectations
Generic Managerial Skills
" Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
" Demonstrated success as a self-starter
" Ability to work with a team and motivate the team to achieve project deadlines
" Strong problem-solving skills using a methodical approach
" Ability to create consensus among different stakeholders
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills to the project/application stakeholders
