NAC International, a global provider supporting the carbon-free nuclear industry in successfully implementing environmentally friendly integrated fuel cycle and waste management solutions, is searching for an experienced and driven Proposal, Marketing, & CRM Manager to join our team and lead our proposal development process, manage marketing activities, and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) system. This is a hybrid position that will be based out of our corporate office in Peachtree Corners, Georgia and has the flexibility to work from home two days per week.

About the Position
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this position will manage the full lifecycle of multiple, concurrent proposals, lead strategic marketing initiatives, and oversee the administration of the company’s CRM system. This role is instrumental in supporting business growth by ensuring a disciplined approach to proposal development, driving marketing efforts, and maintaining effective CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead the entire proposal process, from receiving the Requests for Proposal (RFP) to final delivery, for multiple, complex proposals.
•    Coordinate with the Capture Manager to facilitate bid/no-bid decisions, including requests for international advocacy support.
•    Create and maintain organized proposal files, distribute RFPs to key proposal team members, and conduct thorough reviews of RFPs and collaborate with internal teams to develop responsive and competitive proposals.
•    Prepare compliance/assignment matrix and proposal schedules and lead kickoff and in-process meetings, as necessary for proposal opportunities.
•    Work with internal teams to identify key proposal resources, relevant projects, and to ensure the proposal is competitive and compliant.
•    Oversee technical authors and personally write major proposal sections such as experience, past performance and key personnel, management, regulatory compliance, and safety and quality assurance.
•    Work with business unit staff, partners, and subcontractors to obtain and integrate proposal input, ensuring their contributions align with the proposal requirements.
•    Prepare a draft version of the proposal document in accordance with RFP instructions, solicit comments and input from proposal team members to develop a final draft proposal and prepare the final draft proposal documents for internal reviews.
•    Coordinate the proposal pricing requirements with the Capture Manager or designated lead and ensure Delegation of Authority (DOA) approvals have been received prior to proposal submittal.
•    Incorporate edits to prepare a final proposal, perform RFP compliance and consistency checks, and coordinate delivery to the customer.  Ensure other proposal-related documentation is prepared, submitted, and filed appropriately.
•    Maintain SharePoint sites for proposals, proposal tracking logs, associated databases, and proposal libraries for future use.
•    Manage post-proposal activities, including revisions, debrief requests, and internal distribution of proposals. 
•    Lead, develop, and retain support staff, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing guidance on all proposal, marketing, and CRM matters.
•    Optimize and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, generating reports for executive management, and training on the CRM process and usage for new personnel.
•    Collaborate with the company’s marketing and communications vendor on the distribution of press releases, the development of print and digital marketing media, and update of social media platforms, website updates, advertising and articles/advertorial content in trade publications, banners, posters, booth graphics and design elements.  
•    Plan and coordinate company participation in conferences, including booth space, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
•    Manage and coordinate the inventory and procurement of company-branded merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and promotional items.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.  Association of Professional Management Professionals (APMP) certification is preferred.
•    A minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience in proposal management within the nuclear and/or energy-related industry.
•    Demonstrated success in managing and winning large-scale, high-value proposals without direct supervision.
•    Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, collaborating with internal and external teams, and meeting required deadlines.
•    Detailed knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office products.
•    Ability to travel periodically, including multiple night trips, to attend conferences.
