SailPoint IdentityIQ Systems Analyst

Job Description
Candidate will be expected to assist with the support of recently implemented SailPoint IdentityIQ solution, and potentially enhance existing functionality and workflows.
The primary assignment will be providing support for access request and group management functionality developed for an internal project through the production deployment for that project as well as Life Cycle Manager (LCM) workflow tasks such as joiners, movers, and leavers.
The second major responsibility will be ensuring the availability of the system by performing day-to-day health checks and maintenance tasks. This may include but is not limited to, implementing automations for managing maintenance tasks
Finally, if time permits, the team may seek to implement enhancements to workflows, forms, and notification email templates.
Skills & Requirements
Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) running on Windows with Oracle WebLogic
Experience with SailPoint IIQ Integrations (Active Directory, Flat Files, SQL, Oracle HCM)
Experience implementing Life Cycle Manager (LCM) Configuration workflow tasks that model business functions, including Lifecycle Requests (Role or Entitlement), Lifecycle Events (Joiner, Mover, or Leaver), and LCM Workflow Details (Workflows and Subprocesses)
Solid understanding of the SailPoint object model, rules, and policies
Experience with both lifecycle manager and compliance manager modules
Proficient in using Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development
Experience with MS SQL Server
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, PowerShell or BeanShell for customization and development within SailPoint IIQ
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs
Experience with change management processes
The following are not required for this position but would be considered as a valuable asset in a potential candidate.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to track tasks and deliverables and provide updates to management
Experience with enterprise-level IAM deployments and integrating IAM solutions with complex application ecosystems
Willingness to actively engage in hands-on keyboard (development) tasks to assist with finishing requirements and tasking
SailPoint certified.
