Role: Jr. Application Support Analyst - Legal Ops
Location: Onsite at Alameda, CA
Job Description: The experienced Analyst will work to customer support, specializing in business applications preferably legal apps NetDocuments and Agiloft CLM
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues related to business application like NetDocuments.
Answering customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Coordinate between the business users and IT helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve issues which can be blend of multiple factors.
Work with the software vendors, if needed, to troubleshoot and resolve users' issues.
Handle difficult situations patiently on an urgent basis.
Participate in testing whenever required.
Team player and able to follow the instructions provided.
Any other responsibilities as assigned to assist with ad-hoc duties.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with around 2 years of experience.
Experience with Legal IT Systems especially NetDocuments system is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle difficult clients patiently.
Strong MS Office skills especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
This is an On-Site contract role.

The salary range provided for this contract role represents our good faith estimate for this position. Within the range, individual offers will vary based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process (W2 or C2C).
