Job Requirements / Description
Responsibilities:

Provide network WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, VOIP, support with a variety of network systems and cloud infrastructure.

Install and configure computer network equipment

Periodic inspection and maintenance of network infrastructure

In cooperation with the security department, securing and updating network systems

Cooperation with hardware and software suppliers in the scope of services covered by service contracts and warranties

Taking immediate actions to remove the system failure and restore its proper operation as quickly as possible

Ongoing technical support for users as the Third Level of Support, solving problems in applications running on network/computers

Make reviews related to repair, modernization, scrapping and hardware/software purchase

Performing duties and handling service requests in accordance with the developed schedule

"Provide high quality onsite and remote support for end users including senior Executives. Quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve technical (hardware/software) issues related to PC's,mobile devices, printers, network, video conferencing, WMS devices, security cameras, time & attendance kiosks & access control and other IT systems with minimal disruption to the users. Provide feedback, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing for technology products and services.

"Handle service requests, including registering user service requests, telephone and/or email contact with the user, tracking the status of reported problems, verification and change of the request status, create a knowledge base including a set of problems solved. Keeps detailed records of the computer hardware and software installed, including license audits.

"Oversees the local IT infrastructure and takes immediate action in cooperation with the third line of support to resolve any outages that occur as quickly as possible. Takes care of replacing and securing backup tapes as scheduled.

Develop and monitor policies for the use of network and computer resources

Participate projects in the area of IT network and computer infrastructure development

Develop and update of technical documentation and local site inventory / diagrams

Evaluate and recommend improvements in network and computer infrastructure

Technology analytical skills in area on network and computer infrastructure

Education: Bachelors or Masters

Years of Experience: -5-10 years

IT Software: Cisco Switching/Routing/CallManager , Palo Alto Firewall, Azure Network, GPC Network, Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and Operating Systems. Experience with ITSM systems. Familiarity with enterprise imaging and updating tools

Other Qualifications: Cisco CCNA or CCNP, Multi Cloud Network (Azure, GPC), Palo Alto Training/Certification

5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Network and Computer Infrastructure in large enterprise
