Position Overview:
International Motors is currently seeking an IT Program Manager that will be accountable for IT at International’s San Antonio manufacturing assembly plant.
A successful leader in this role thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes the initiative to work with business customers, technology stakeholders, and third parties to ensure that IT is delivering excellent support and value.
This position reports to Manufacturing IT Leadership and will be based at our San Antionio, TX truck assembly plant.
Responsibilities:
Serves as IT point of contact for San Antonio assembly plant leadership on IT operations and major activities across all digital products and relevant infrastructure projects.
Coordinates with corporate IT on relevant infrastructure projects.
Coordinates with corporate IT for any infrastructure, PMO, and architecture review needs for plant specific solution requests.
Coordinates planned outages and system changes with relevant plant stakeholders.
Point of contact for plants on corporate IT standards, methods, and practices.
Support product teams with needs for plant specific software requests; facilitates intake process.
Monitors system(s) health for and identify necessary issues and improvements.
As needed, provide project management and business analyst support for minor software requests.
Understands business operations; stays involved and aware in plant issues (manufacturing and IT related)
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
At least 12 years of information technology program management experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
Master's degree
At least 8 years of information technology program management experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
At least 14 years of information technology program management experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
Additional Requirements:
Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
