Position Summary:
The ideal candidate for the Webflow Designer position will be passionate about digital innovation and user experience. In this role, you’ll help support GOLFTEC and SkyTrak’s continued growth and innovation projects through designing, coding and modifying websites, landing pages, app interfaces and internal software from layout to function. You will collaborate with our team of passionate designers, marketing strategists and developers to help elevate the UI/UX across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Help lead our digital design efforts including usability and visual enhancements for our app, E-commerce stores, websites, and more
Translate high-level ideas from non-designers into mockups, wireframes and layouts
Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Partner with our development team on implementation of design changes
Work closely with Ecom Team, Engagement team, Tech team and Creative team to constantly optimize the customer journey and site conversion
Conduct user interface testing and provide recommendations for improvement
Innovate, update & improve existing user experiences

Requirements
Webflow experience is strongly preferred
3+ years of UI/UX experience
Shopify experience is a plus
Strong visual and technical portfolio
Expert in frontend development with HTML and CSS
Experience with designing and building responsive, mobile-first web pages
Strong ability to design with accessibility in mind
Understanding and balance of business needs, implication, and future versions of your designs
Ability to edit/update some PHP and JavaScript
Excellent visual design skills using Adobe Suite
Team player – ability to work toward a common goal across all departments and levels
Ability to work off-hours to collaborate directly with our development teams
