Scrum Master

We are seeking a Scrum Master Consultant for a contingent resource assignment. You will engage in moderately complex Agile initiatives, analyze Scrum challenges, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to enhance team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teams to implement Agile methodologies.

Analyze and resolve Scrum challenges.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, etc.).

Support large-scale planning related to Scrum deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience (work, consulting, training, military, or education).

Strong understanding of Agile principles.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Scrum certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master).

Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
