Seeking for Oracle Technical Architect in Remote, USA Only
Mandate- Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR) and associated business processes
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture and design: Develop and maintain the overall architecture strategy for Oracle applications, including ERP, databases, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
Technical oversight: Provide technical leadership throughout the full lifecycle of Oracle projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and best practices.
System integrations: Design and implement seamless integrations between Oracle applications and other business systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
Performance optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of Oracle solutions, conducting regular assessments and implementing improvements as needed.
Collaboration and stakeholder management: Partner with business leaders, project managers, and development teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate architectural decisions.
Security and compliance: Ensure that Oracle applications and related systems adhere to security best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Technical documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures.
Stay updated: Monitor emerging Oracle technologies, industry trends, and best practices, recommending enhancements that align with the organization s strategic goals.
Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
Experience:
o 10+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, including at least 5 years in an architecture or senior technical role.
o Proven experience designing and implementing Oracle ERP solutions (such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, or Oracle Cloud).
Technical Skills:
o Deep understanding of Oracle databases, including PLSQL, SQL, performance tuning, and database architecture.
o Proficiency with Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR) and associated business processes.
o Experience with Oracle integration technologies, such as Oracle Integration Cloud, RESTSOAP APIs, and middleware.
o Strong understanding of cloud-based Oracle solutions, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Cloud ERP.
Soft Skills:
o Strong leadership and project management skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
