" 9+ years of experience in Software Development with hands-on experience in C++ and RUST and other related technologies.

" Preferred location is Mclean and the work model is Hybrid. This is not an constraint for the right candidate.

" Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementing major components for large projects.

" Excellent programming skills and proven expertise in OOP and other programming concepts.

" Experience working with Agile teams.

" Excellent oral and written communication.

" A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
